You planned the wedding. We manage the day. Our day-of coordination service puts one person on-site to confirm delivery times, manage the ceremony run-of-show, and communicate with your other vendors directly.

You and your family should not be answering questions from a caterer at 11 AM on your wedding day. We handle that. If something needs adjusting, we fix it before it reaches you. This service is a strong fit for couples who have done their own planning but want a professional managing logistics at the venue. We work with couples in Tarpon Springs, Trinity, and nearby areas who are hosting events outside of Palm Harbor proper.
