1. Delivery Area
We offer local delivery within a 25-mile radius of our shop located at:

Our delivery area includes Palm Harbor, Dunedin, Clearwater, Tarpon Springs, Safety Harbor, Oldsmar, East Lake, Trinity, Crystal Beach, Clearwater Beach, and other nearby communities within our service radius, including select areas of Tampa and St. Petersburg.

2. Delivery & Pickup Options
We offer several options for your convenience:
- Same-Day Delivery — Available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time within our delivery zone.
- Next-Day Delivery — Schedule delivery for the following day.
- Scheduled Delivery — Choose a future delivery date for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, and other special occasions.
- Free Store Pickup — You may place your order online and pick it up at our Palm Harbor shop at no additional charge.
- Corporate & Venue Delivery — Floral delivery for offices, events, and wedding venues.
- Online Ordering — Place your order online for convenient local delivery or free store pickup.
3. Delivery Rates
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our shop. The exact delivery charge will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
For corporate accounts or recurring delivery requests, please contact us directly.
4. Same-Day Delivery Cutoff
To qualify for same-day delivery, orders must be placed before 1:00 PM.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.
During high-volume holidays such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day, we recommend placing orders 3–5 days in advance, as same-day availability may be limited.
5. Fresh Flowers
At Flowers N Baskets, we use only the freshest flowers in every arrangement we create. Our blooms are sourced through premium floral supply channels, including direct shipments from farms in South America, Holland, and California, to ensure outstanding freshness, beauty, and quality.
Every order is designed with care so your arrangement arrives vibrant, elegant, and ready to impress.

6. Delivery Instructions
Please make sure the delivery address is complete and accurate, including apartment numbers, suite numbers, and gate codes if needed.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, we may leave the order in a safe and appropriate location when possible.
You may also include special delivery instructions in the order notes at checkout, and we will do our best to accommodate them.
For wedding or event deliveries, someone must be available on-site to receive the order.
