Innisbrook covers the north end of Palm Harbor, with Klosterman Road along its northern edge and the Tarpon Springs line just beyond. Inside the gate on Innisbrook Drive you find wooded lodges, four golf courses, including the Copperhead course, home of the PGA Tour's Valspar Championship each March.

This page is about wedding flowers for couples marrying at Innisbrook or nearby. We design ceremony and reception flowers, bridal bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages in our shop on US 19, about 3.7 miles south. Your first consultation is free.

  • Innisbrook lodges and owner condos

The resort pairs a 300-room hotel with about 1,100 privately owned units in its wooded lodges. Give us the guest name, lodge and room, and we deliver welcome flowers for your wedding guests there.

  • Lake Shore Estates

Innisbrook Drive runs through Lake Shore Estates on its way to US 19. Many ranch homes here sit on freshwater canals that lead out to Lake Tarpon.

  • Wall Springs

Wall Springs Park on DeSoto Boulevard sits west of US 19, on the water side of Palm Harbor. Homes around it are a short drive from both the resort and our shop.

  • Lansbrook villages

Lansbrook is a master-planned community off East Lake Road, split into villages such as Northfield, Aylesford and Myrtle Point. Residents share a private lakefront park on Lake Tarpon.

  • East Lake Road and John Chesnut Sr. Park

John Chesnut Sr. Park covers 255 acres on Lake Tarpon at 2200 East Lake Road South, with 13 picnic shelters and a lakeside boardwalk. Pinellas County asks for a wedding application at least 90 days before an event in its parks.

  • Downtown Palm Harbor

The historic downtown sits where Florida Avenue meets Alt 19, with small shops and restaurants. We deliver gifts and flowers across the old town too.

Ceremony flowers for Innisbrook's oak tree, spa lawn and putting green

Innisbrook's outdoor ceremony sites already come dressed in green. The Island 10th Tee Oak, which the resort calls the wedding tree, has Spanish moss, ferns and a view over the water. The Salamander Spa Terrace and Lawn feels like a garden, and the Island Putting Green has seasonal flower beds around it.

Because of that, your ceremony flowers do not need to compete with the setting. We suggest softer aisle pieces and an arch or altar design that picks up the moss and fern tones. At your free consultation, bring the site you booked and your guest count. The resort lists an indoor backup with its ceremony spaces, so we plan pieces that can move inside quickly if a storm rolls in.

Reception centerpieces for ballrooms, pool decks and the Toscana Room

Innisbrook's reception spaces call for very different flowers. The Stirling and Edinburgh Ballrooms have chandeliers and a permanent stage, so taller centerpieces and a stage arrangement help fill the height. The Lochness Pool has a gazebo and rock waterfalls, and the Island Pool sits beside the Island course.

The Toscana Room in the Island Clubhouse has wall-to-wall windows over the golf course. Low, wide centerpieces keep that view open across every table.

We design the full reception in our Palm Harbor shop: guest tables, the head table, cake flowers and any installation pieces. Then we deliver and set them up at the venue.

Bouquets and boutonnieres that hold up in Palm Harbor heat

The National Weather Service puts the rainy season for West Central Florida at roughly late May to early October. Sea-breeze storms tend to build in the afternoon and early evening. Heat and humidity shorten the life of cut flowers, and an outdoor ceremony at Innisbrook in summer tests every bouquet.

We make your bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres and corsages to order in our shop. We pick flowers that handle warm air better for summer dates, and we deliver them close to your photo time. Keep them in water and in the air conditioning until you walk out. Boutonnieres and corsages are part of your wedding order, not single items in our online store.

Setup timing and day-of coordination at the resort

Your Innisbrook wedding contact sets the venue access windows, so we build our setup schedule around them. Ceremony pieces go in first, then the reception tables while you take photos. Our shop sits about 3.7 miles down US 19, so a last change or a forgotten boutonniere is a short drive away.

If your date falls near the Valspar Championship in March, ask the resort how tournament week affects room blocks and access to the grounds.

We also offer day-of coordination. One person keeps the timeline, cues the vendors and watches the flowers through the evening, so your family can stay with your guests.

Popular choices for Innisbrook Resort

Innisbrook, Lake Tarpon and north Palm Harbor

Palm Harbor started as the town of Sutherland, platted in 1888. Developers renamed it Palm Harbor in 1925, and it remains an unincorporated community in Pinellas County.

Innisbrook's first course, the Island Course, was finished in 1970, and Copperhead followed in 1974. Copperhead has hosted the PGA Tour event now called the Valspar Championship since 2000, and Salamander Hotels & Resorts has run the resort since 2007.

East of US 19, Lake Tarpon covers about 2,500 acres and is the largest lake in Pinellas County. John Chesnut Sr. Park stretches along its shore on East Lake Road with nature trails, a boardwalk and a boat ramp.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can an outside florist do the flowers for an Innisbrook wedding?

Venue rules for outside florists can change, so check the current policy with your Innisbrook wedding contact first. We are not on a resort vendor list, so we plan our delivery and setup around the rules they give you.

Which Innisbrook spaces can you design flowers for?

We can plan for any space you book, including the Island 10th Tee Oak, the Salamander Spa Terrace and Lawn, the Island Putting Green, the Stirling and Edinburgh Ballrooms, the Lochness and Island Pools and the Toscana Room. Each one needs a different scale of flowers, which we work out at your free consultation.

How do you keep bouquets fresh for an outdoor summer ceremony?

We choose heat-tolerant flowers for warm months and deliver personal flowers close to your photo time. Keep them in water and in the air conditioning until the ceremony. With the rainy season running from about late May to early October, we also plan for the resort's indoor backup.

Do you make boutonnieres and corsages for the wedding party?

Yes. We make boutonnieres and corsages to order as part of your wedding flowers, matched to the bouquets. They are not sold as single items in our online store, so we add them to your plan at the consultation.

How soon can you deliver to Innisbrook Resort?

For a gift to a guest staying at the resort, order by 3:00 PM Eastern for same-day delivery. Innisbrook is about 3.7 miles from our shop, well inside our 25-mile same-day area. Include the guest name, lodge and room number. Wedding flowers are scheduled for your date and setup window at your consultation.
