Flower Delivery and Return Policy
Delivery
At Flowers N Baskets, we take pride in providing the best customer service in the Tampa Bay area and offering custom-designed floral arrangements to suit every occasion.
Each bouquet is thoughtfully created by our experienced designers to reflect you.
We deliver within a 25-mile radius of our Palm Harbor shop. Delivery beyond this area is not available at this time.
Same-day delivery:
Orders for same-day delivery must be placed by 1:00 PM Eastern Time.
For Sunday deliveries, please place your order by 2:00 PM on Saturday.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Saturday or on Sunday will be delivered on Monday.
Delivery fee:
Delivery fees are based on mileage and will be calculated at checkout according to your delivery address.
Return Policy
Your satisfaction is very important to us.
If for any reason you are not completely happy with your order, simply contact us. We’ll work with you to make it right. We stand behind the quality of our flowers and our service.
Properly cared for, your fresh-cut flower arrangement should last 3–5 days. If your arrangement does not last at least 3 days, we will gladly replace it free of charge.
