Delivery fee $20. Orders must be placed before 1:00 PM ET for same-day delivery. Call us for delivery outside these areas.
Flower Delivery & Return Policy
Delivery
Deliveries inside and outside Pinellas County will include the best available flowers and may slightly vary from pictured arrangement.
All orders for same day delivery must be placed before 1:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders for Sunday delivery must be placed by 2:00 PM on Saturday. Orders received after 2:00 PM on Saturday and on Sunday, will be delivered on Monday.
Please note: Availability of plants and flowers varies depending on season and geographic location. We will make every attempt to match the ordered item. Substitutions of equal or greater value may be made.
Delivery Cost
There is a $20.00 delivery fee for the following areas: Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, Oldsmar, Dunedin, Safety Harbor and Clearwater (Not including Clearwater Beach). If your delivery falls outside these areas, please call us, and we will provide you with an accurate quote dependent on mileage. Thank you.
Return Policy
We pledge to deliver exceptional quality and complete satisfaction when you shop with us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly work with you to ensure your needs are fulfilled. That’s our promise to you.
You may expect to enjoy your cut flower arrangements for 3–5 days, provided they are properly cared for. If an arrangement does not last 3 days, we will be happy to replace the arrangement free of charge.
